No Excuses was founded with one simple idea in mind: bring a solution to your excuses, providing durable and fashionable resistance bands. 

This then grew into a greater idea to create more than just one product, but to motivate our local community to start and stay active. With the power of social media, we aim to reach deep within other communities and empower others to get moving. 

Our goal is to motivate you to start today not tomorrow - take control of those excuses we all create narratives for.

We all know what we need to do, sometimes it's just easier to make excuses rather than get out your comfort zone. You can lose all your excuses and find all your results. Chose to make no excuses - choose YOU!
